About Judson Pierce

My name is Judson Pierce. I am a 35 year old lawyer, married to a wonderful woman named Laura and together we have two great children, Ben who is 3 and Harper who is six months old. I work as an attorney in a small law practice in Salem, Massachusetts. I am a life long Massachusetts resident and have lived in Arlington since 2003.

LAW:

Trial Attorney Profession - For the last nine years I have represented injured workers in their claims for disability benefits.

Helping people in their communities and in need, get what they need when they need it the most

Working together with lawyers, lobbyists and legislators to revamp the workers comp system

Voting Member of the Board of Governors for Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys("MATA"); Chair of the New Lawyers Division for four years.

Board member of non-profit Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theaters ("EMACT") - an organization dedicated to supporting and enriching community theater in the Eastern Massachusetts area.

Judged Lions Club High School Speech Competition, November of 2007

Acted in over 60 area community theater productions including 3 shows at the Arlington Friends of the Drama (The Laramie Project, 2004, WIT, 2005, and as Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird, 2007) Whether I am on the stage or living my real life, I have chosen plays that tackle big issues. Promote healthy discussions

Plays saxophone for a Lexington, MA based rock band and has played out at charity events.
